Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
This policy explains how to cancel a paid Famoulee plan and when you can get your money back. It applies to plans bought on the Famoulee website and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, invoices, billing questions and refunds.
- Paid plans are paid in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, as shown when you subscribe) unless you cancel before then.
- You can cancel at any time in Settings → My Famoulee Subscription. There is no notice period.
- After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for and is not renewed.
- Cancelling does not refund the rest of the current billing period, except as described in sections 3 and 4.
If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you subscribed, without giving a reason.
To withdraw, contact Paddle through the link in your order receipt, or email us at ramon@famoulee.com from the address you used at checkout. A clear statement that you want to withdraw is enough.
Paddle refunds your payment within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the payment method you used. Your paid plan ends as soon as the refund is issued.
Outside the withdrawal period, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it with Paddle.
If you subscribed in the Famoulee iOS app, Apple processed the payment and this policy does not apply. Cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings, and request any refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
